Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry is an American model, actress and beauty pageant contestant who received the title of Miss America in the year 1996. Following her viewing of the 1970 film "Love Story", her mother named Ali in honor of Ali MacGraw. She is of French (Cajun), Cajun roots, and was born in Cecilia Louisiana in which she attended to Cecilia High School. In high school she was a cheerleader on the team, and earned the title of Miss Louisiana Teen USA.' She was seventeen year old. After winning the Miss USA title, she also won the Miss Louisiana USA title in 1996.' She first made an acting debut in 1997 in the TV show 'Clueless'. The show became famous as "the Doritos Girl", after appearing in a 'Doritos commercial' in the Super Bowl of 1998. Her film debut was in the movie "Beautiful" 2000.
